Wedding, Event Transportation, & Shuttle Service

Planning a wedding, retreat, reunion or other special event? Need to get a group of people from one part of the Island to another? We can help! Let us take the some of the stress off of planning your Salt Spring event. We work with you to provide a simple, safe and effective solution to the challenge of transporting your guests on Island. In many cases, we can help with transportation to and from Salt Spring: any time of day, and any time of year.

Hourly rates outside of daytime tour program (i.e.: ending before 11:30 am or beginning after 6pm): $150 – includes gratuity. Notes: 2 hour minimum (consecutive hours); 2am cut-off time (end time is the time of drop-off of the last guest). Service required past 2am in charged at $3 per minute.

Private Tours

Whether you are interested in SSI natural beauty, outdoor adventures, farming, culinary, arts or other specialty areas, we can design a tour for you. A knowledgeable local tour guide/driver shuttles you to the sites of your choosing or, plans an individualized tour to introduce you to Island’s extraordinary sites and people.

Group Outings

We can arrange staff retreats, family get-togethers, learning experiences, and other events on Salt Spring Island. We have the connections and expertise to plan and package your event. Some options may include: art activities, guided nature outings, garden tours, wine tasting, catered meals or picnics, facilitated workshops, first nations history, geological tours, farm tours, and many more. Safety

Safety is our number one priority, and we are proud of our perfect safety record. Island roads are dark, windy, and shared by numerous deer and erratic drivers. Our drivers have decades of safe driving experience on Salt Spring Island.

Licensing and Insurance

We provide professional, safe transportation on Salt Spring Island. Our vehicles are fully licensed, insured and permitted and our drivers are safe, competent and courteous. We have permits to operate in Salt Spring Island’s Provincial Parks. You can rest assured that the vehicle we transport your guests in has a current Motor Vehicle Inspection, is fully insured, and is given a thorough inspection and a cleaning every day.
